Pat Williams has been a licensed real estate agent since 1982. She attended Long Beach State before moving from Southern California to Ukiah in 1983. Pat has extensive experience in property management, real estate finance, and bookkeeping as well as residential and land sales. Pat chose to become associated with Realty World-Selzer Realty because of it’s professionalism and ability to stay on the cutting edge. She has worked on several board of directors, volunteering hours to the local community. Pat is a hardworking, detail oriented real estate agent.
